Job Summary :

Spare Parts Associate 

Job Requirements :

Spare Parts Associate will be responsible for maintaining network with mechanics and workshops and support sales team in distribution process.


1) Drive sales of parts by giving targets to dealer and support them through secondary sales by own team working at dealer’s service center

2) Create a network of dealers, retail outlets, mechanics and workshops across all regions of the country and organize promotions and other campaigns to support  sales of genuine parts through channel partners

3) Interact and build relationship with fleet owners and riders to encourage them to use genuine spare parts through educating them about the advantages of using genuine spare parts 

4) Plan replenishment for all regions in the country based on forecast of sales and past consumptions and ensure timely supply to include creation of stock points in different regions of the country if required

5) Manage the inventory to ensure least cost of inventory holding while ensuring no disruption of supply for any  region.

6)Ensure that slow moving items are tracked on a regular basis and make a plan for their utilization to reduce inventory holding cost

7) Support, mentor and coach team members to help them achieve targets and organize training for them to help them improve their performance

Job Requirement:

Certification in relevant field and having a degree is plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in relevant field.
