Job Summary :

Sales Executive

Job Requirements :

Sales Executive who is good at understanding overall organization sales scheme will be under direct supervision of Sales Manager perform tasks to support sales in day to day activities.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute the strategy for achievement of the revenue target keeping in mind the market dynamics, , customer base, competition and the size of the market

Provide the sales forecast for each product based on targets set, geographical footprint and seasonality of sales in the region

Execution of the sales plan to include setting targets for team members and channel partners and ensure the same are achieved through monitoring and relationship management

Business development and growth in the region through development of new and maintenance of channel partners/dealers and driving targets through management of dealer network 

Customer relationship management responsive resolution of customer complaints and after sales support

Maintain CRM to include promotions, referral programs, new product and schemes launch and service data for all customers

Facilitation of retail finance through relationship with banks, micro finance and fleet owners for the end customers 

Monitor the work of the team and coach and mentor them to help them improve their performance

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in relevant filed of Marketing, Sales and Master in Business Administration is plus.

Proven experience (4+ years) in relevant field.
