Job Summary:

Sales Manager who is good at having Business Acumen to understand overall business and having experience in driving management tasks to support sales team in day to day Business activities.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Devise the strategy for achievement of the sales plan keeping in mind the market demand, product portfolio, customer base, competition and the size of the market

Provide the sales forecast for each product based on targets set, geographical footprint and seasonality of sales in the country

Execution of the sales plan to include setting targets for team members and channel partners and ensure the same are achieved through monitoring and relationship management

Business development and growth of the market through development of new channel partners/dealers and direct connect with end customers 

Ensure customer and stakeholder management through setting up a process of constant feedback and ensuring ROI to the customer through schemes and after sales support

Sales process excellence though implementing new systems and processes to improve the customer experience

Monitor the work of the team and coach and mentor them to help them improve their performance

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration is plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in relevant field.
