Job Requirements :

Summary

Responsible for helpdesk and troubleshooting of end users remotely or visiting in person, 24/7 support in the helpdesk, providing support to home users, corporate users, and SME users.

Recording and reporting daily, weekly, monthly the raised issues to the helpdesk and reporting all inquiries of customers.

Duties

·        

Handling all messages and response on Facebook WhatsApp and other social medias.

·        

Monitoring the performance and capacity of network and systems through different NMS (PRTG, UNMS, MRTG, Cacti)

·        

Performing regular checks on network hardware and software

·        

Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions

·        

Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.

·        

Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports

·        

Responding to user requests and providing network training

·        

End to end support for all ISP clients and users remotely and in-person

·        

24/7 working shifts

·        

Working with Cisco, UBNT, Mikrotik, Huawei and ZTE routers, switches, wireless PTP devices, microwave links 

Skills & Qualifications

·        

Fresh graduates from BCS (Bachelor of Computer Science)

·        

6 months experience in ISP is preferred

·        

Fluent in Dari, English & Pashto

·        

Basic knowledge of network & ISP

·        

Basic knowledge of Wireless, Fiber Optic and Microwave technologies
