Job Summary :

HR Analyst 

Job Requirements :

Under direct supervision of AHG HR Manager, the HR Analyst will be responsible for all clerical routine tasks in the HR department.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible to carry the following tasks:

·        Process all on boarding staff documents with coordination of relevant departments.

·        Maintain the personnel filing system hard and soft with properly use and maintain file cabinets

·        Set up written tests and/or interviews in coordination with department heads when he/she is requested to

·        Introduction of newly hired employees on first joining date

·        Complete the On/Out boarding for new hires and departed employees

·        In coordination with relevant departments process all supporting items need to a new hired staff.

·        Prepare long list of CV’s of the announced positions

·        Update current staff and enter newly hired staff data into ERP System.

  • Maintain up-to-date staffing lists.
  • Update the spread sheet of new staff.
  • Conduct the reference check for new hires
  • Update share folder of our clients.
  • Prepare timesheet for UNDP staff on timely basis.
  • Prepare Payslip for UNDP staff on timely basis.
  • Follow up emails of relevant clients on timely basis
  • Conduct security orientation in coordination with security department head.
  • Prepare and maintain leave record of staff in hard and soft system
  • Follow up gate pass with coordination of security department for new hired staff
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor (top priority)

Documentation Handling:

·        Manage and update all archived files and makes sure that the filling system is kept in good order.

·     Develop a system to keep the files and documents both in hard and soft.

·        Responsible for all letters In and Out of the organization.

·        Makes sure the documents confidentiality is maintained and others have no access

·        Makes sure that the archive room is locked and files are kept in an order that only the documentation associate knows while finding any file or document.

·        Responsible to digitalize/scan all documents already existed, new documents and keep them in both hard and soft copies for the future usage of the organization.

·        Distribute a copy of the documents/official letters to the related division/s and get a received note from them

·        On time follow up of the official letters submitted to heads of division and makes sure that it answers on time

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, or another relevant field).  

·        Two years of experience working directly in human resources

·        Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly and gain the trust and confidence of colleagues.

·        Competence to assess priorities, manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment, and meet competing deadlines.

·        Advanced verbal and written English skills fluent in Dari or Pashto.

·   Report writing skills.

·   Ability to work in a team.

·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·        Flexible punctual and hard-working

·        Excellent computer skill.

·        Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English languages
